I don't want to give 1 star. Our vehicle was filmed using their ANPR cameras going onto the site at 8 am and then leaving at 8pm (12 hours!!). Fine for £100 but as we didn't get the first letter the appeal was rejected and £160 to be paid or court action and CCJ I tried to call them but they don't have a phone or email for enquires. I had to use another email for customers wanting their services to get their attention. HX Car Parking who runs the enforcement admitted by email that the ANPR didn't pick up our vehicle leaving or coming back 12 house later onto the site. Their system is flawed and doesn't work. How many other people just pay the fines when threatened with court action? I shall be contacting our MP and I will ask the council who owns Alma Leisure Park because they need to take responsibility for who they employ
