Paid pk house a lot of money in 2016 for completion Of total renovation of my 6 bedroom bungalow. I wasn't able to project manage the renovation myself due to illness. So stupidly I entrusted PK HOUSE to proceed with the renovations on trust really. So after many workmen leaving uncompleted work as they were having issues within the pk company. The whole reason for PK HOUSE being given this project was so I didn't have to project manage this. This was a terrible mistake.. Poorly fitted bathroom tiles..tap doesn't work with hot water and the type of tap they used floods water over the unit! The flooring all through the house was chosen and it was 9 mm compressed laminate click flooring..with the floor being secreted throughout as it was concrete.. The flooring completely lifted and it wasn't the type I'd chosen..it was cheap rubbish..no secreted on floor either! They kept saying it would be put right and to be fair it took them 5 month to do this!and it's still by no means right! The master bedroom has had 2 serious leaks in the loft due to the pipes not being clipped back in the loft! They still have not been to put this right! The kitchen has been a nightmare..the cooker does not work..never has! The point is bowed and do not fit correct.. The units have all begun to peel on every door! The doors do not line up either! I have scince been informed the electrical cables in the loft would not have passed the conditions required to pass..these are laid everywhere and are unfathomable. We paid for a complete rewire! The doors don't fit or shut properly throughout the house! The safe has been boxed in and cannot be opened! All these complaints have been on going with PK HOUSE. I was stupid enough to pay them for their shoddy work!so stupid me.. I didn't move into the house for a year after completion. Only been there a year and all the above has happened and more. When I complained I was told time and time again they would come and rectified these issues.. a year on and I'm still waiting! I have scince been told that they are no longer a company and not trading so now I'm seeking legal advice! I would AVOID ever having this COMPANY to do any work for you.
