Absolute Joke, I have never been spoken to so rudely, worst customer service I've ever experienced, told me I was a liar& then had the cheek to say I couldn't actually afford to go on a Skiing holiday! Utterly disgusted & this place is to be avoided at all costs!!! Dropped my Ski trousers off Sat afternoon & said I needed them Monday afternoon as I was going to Scotland that night, the shops hours close at 5pm. Got there at 4:45pm & it was closed. Phoned them up the next day to check if they were going to stay open until 5 & was she was there until gone 5 the day before even though I had a photo that was time stamped she was very rude on the phone & hung up. When I got to the shop she was even more rude towards me when I challenged her further & showed her the photo, become very offensive & then told me that I couldn't even afford to go Skiing! Reading all the other reviews, everyone seems to have had the same utterly atrocious customer service & abuse from staff. Utter joke!!
