My husband and I have been dealing with Haggs for many years and have found them very helpful offer saving us a lot of money and time on different items of jewellery. Watches that we had been told at another very expensive and 'reputable jewellers' would have to be sent away and could be up to 8 weeks were taken to Haggs and repaired in a much shorter time for a fraction of the cost. My husband dived in the pool and had not tightened the winder and his Rolex filled up with water, the 'reputable' jeweller quoted an extortionate price so we took it to Haggs who agin came thro for us We have had rings resized and pieces of jewellery custom made and have never had any complaints quite the opposite.
