I have been in one of Martin Ambler's properties for over a year with no hot water no heating and mild everywhere, he has never done any repairs or anything to this property and has also sent me threatening messages and said he will send people to my property. My girlfriend is 17week pregnant and he still hasn't done anything to the property. Ambler's estate agents is the worst estate agent I have ever known.
