Tried to view a property 3 TIMES.
The first time, the agent did not turn up or if they did they were over 30 minutes late, I gave up waiting and left. The second time the agent was 15 minutes late (no apology) and had bought the wrong keys. The third viewing the same agent was 25 minutes late (no apology again) and again had bought a wrong set of keys so we still could not view the property.
Upon addressing the manager with the disgust with the problem agent, at first a response was quick and efficient and felt like we were getting somewhere. We arranged a fourth and final viewing, which was successful. I then emailed questions to the manager as the representative agent couldn’t answer them.
48 hours later there is still no reply and after frequent phone calls and numerous excuses of ‘’She is in a meeting all day’’ and ‘’she is unavailable at present’’ I am completely fed up!
I am 29 weeks pregnant and desperate to get out of our current accommodation as it is damp.
You would think they would be happy to let the property to someone so keen!
72 hours later and after escalating with customer relations and the area director. Still no response from The Manager at Chesterfield branch.
Absolutely inexcusable customer service, I sincerely hope their clients start advertising with a different company as they are clearly useless.
They advertise their company ‘dynamic and proactive estate agent. Our team combine a healthy blend of young enthusiastic sales people and experienced personnel’ well I beg to differ! Also the branch itself describes ‘Here at YOUR MOVE we are serious about selling and letting property, we are people focused and our customer communication is paramount’ again I beg to differ.
I will definitely never be using this company again.   12-04-13
